I think we should all get in better shape. If we're not in good shape, we can't finish races, we can't play, or do sports. We need to get strong muscles have healthy hearts stop smoking. You should eat fruits, vegetables, dairy, grains,and meat. Please don't eat fake foods like white wheat breads. Some good foods are a little dark chocolate, (not milk chocolate) broccoli, fresh fish, apples, and milk. Take some vitamins like B12, vitamins A, C, D, E, and K. Workout a little bit a day. Don't eat candy or processed foods. Don't smoke or drink too much alcohol. You need minerals like copper and zinc in foods. Don't eat foods with high fructose corn syrup. If you want to be healthly, eat healthly and workout.
